Nämä ehdot koskevat sivuston mikkoecommerce.com käyttöä ja sen kautta tehtävää ajanvarausta.
Voit varata sivuston kautta maksuttoman, noin 20 minuutin tutustumispuhelun. Se on keskustelu, jossa kartoitetaan mitä olet tekemässä ja voinko olla avuksi.
Varaus ei ole toimeksianto eikä sido kumpaakaan osapuolta mihinkään. Mahdollisesta yhteistyöstä, sen sisällöstä, aikataulusta ja hinnasta sovitaan aina erikseen kirjallisesti. Puhelun aikana annetut näkemykset ovat yleisluontoisia eivätkä muodosta valmista suunnitelmaa tai takuuta lopputuloksesta.
Varaukseen tarvitaan nimi ja sähköpostiosoite. Jos valitset puhelinkeskustelun, tarvitsen myös puhelinnumerosi. Tiliä ei luoda eikä salasanaa tarvita.
Varaus vahvistetaan sähköpostilla. Jos vahvistusta ei kuulu muutamassa minuutissa, tarkista roskapostikansio ja ota tarvittaessa yhteyttä suoraan sähköpostilla.
Voit perua tai siirtää ajan milloin tahansa ja veloituksetta vahvistusviestin linkistä. Linkki on henkilökohtainen — älä välitä sitä eteenpäin.
Toivon peruutusta heti kun tiedät ettet pääse, jotta aika vapautuu jollekin toiselle. Jos et saavu paikalle etkä peru, aika jää käyttämättä; siitä ei seuraa maksua eikä muuta seuraamusta, mutta toistuvasti käyttämättä jätetyt varaukset voivat johtaa siihen, etten vahvista uusia varauksia samalle henkilölle.
Varaan oikeuden perua tai siirtää varatun ajan, jos este tulee omalta puoleltani. Ilmoitan siitä sähköpostilla niin pian kuin mahdollista.
Sivusto ja ajanvaraus tarjotaan sellaisena kuin ne ovat. En takaa keskeytymätöntä toimintaa: palvelu voi olla poissa käytöstä huollon, häiriön tai kolmannen osapuolen palvelun (esimerkiksi kalenteri- tai sähköpostipalvelun) vian vuoksi. Jos ajanvaraus ei toimi, voit aina sopia ajan suoraan sähköpostilla.
Ajanvarausta ja yhteydenottolomaketta saa käyttää vain aitoihin yhteydenottoihin. Kielettyä on muun muassa automaattinen tai massamuotoinen varaaminen, toisen henkilön tiedoilla varaaminen, palvelun kuormittaminen tai sen suojausten kiertäminen. Väärinkäyttöä epäiltäessä varaus voidaan perua ilman ennakkoilmoitusta.
Vastaan palvelusta siinä laajuudessa kuin pakottava Suomen lainsäädäntö edellyttää. En vastaa välillisistä vahingoista, kuten saamatta jääneestä tuotosta tai liiketoiminnan keskeytymisestä, jotka aiheutuvat sivuston tai ajanvarauksen käytöstä tai käytön estymisestä. Mikään näissä ehdoissa ei rajoita vastuuta tahallisuuden tai törkeän huolimattomuuden osalta eikä kuluttajan lakisääteisiä oikeuksia.
Ajanvarauksessa annettujen tietojen käsittely on kuvattu erillisessä tietosuojaselosteessa.
Näitä ehtoja voidaan päivittää. Varaukseesi sovelletaan niitä ehtoja, jotka olivat voimassa varauksen tekohetkellä. Voimassa oleva versio on aina tällä sivulla, ja sen päivämäärä näkyy otsikon alla.
Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Erimielisyydet pyritään ratkaisemaan ensisijaisesti neuvottelemalla — ota yhteyttä, niin selvitetään asia. Kuluttajana voit saattaa asian kuluttajariitalautakunnan käsiteltäväksi tai nostaa kanteen kotipaikkasi käräjäoikeudessa.

These terms cover use of mikkoecommerce.com and the bookings made through it.
You can book a free intro call of about 20 minutes. It is a conversation about what you are building and whether I can help.
A booking is not an engagement and commits neither of us to anything. Any actual work, its scope, schedule and price, is always agreed separately and in writing. Views offered during the call are general in nature and are not a finished plan or a guarantee of any outcome.
A booking needs your name and email address. If you choose a phone call, I also need your number. No account is created and no password is required.
Bookings are confirmed by email. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder and email me directly if needed.
You can cancel or move your booking at any time and free of charge using the link in your confirmation email. That link is personal to you — do not forward it.
Please cancel as soon as you know you cannot make it, so the slot frees up for someone else. If you neither attend nor cancel, the slot is simply lost; there is no charge and no other consequence, though repeatedly unused bookings may mean I stop confirming new ones for the same person.
I reserve the right to cancel or move a booked time if something comes up on my side, and will tell you by email as soon as I can.
The site and the booking system are provided as they are. I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, a fault, or a problem in a third-party service such as the calendar or email provider. If booking does not work, you can always arrange a time directly by email.
The booking form and contact form are for genuine enquiries only. Automated or bulk booking, booking using someone else's details, overloading the service, and circumventing its protections are not permitted. Where abuse is suspected, a booking may be cancelled without notice.
I am liable for the service to the extent required by mandatory Finnish law. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business interruption arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or the booking system. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or a consumer's statutory rights.
How your booking data is handled is described in the separate privacy policy.
These terms may be updated. Your booking is governed by the terms in force when you made it. The current version is always on this page, dated under the heading.
Finnish law applies. Disagreements are best settled by talking first — get in touch and we will sort it out. As a consumer you may also refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or bring proceedings in the district court of your place of residence.
